Online Award Nominations Go Live


– Triathlon Ontario issues call for nominations & online proxy voting –  

 October 23, 2017 – Triathlon Ontario, the recognized Provincial governing body of Multisport in Ontario, announced ​announced members can now go online and nominate an athlete, coach, official or volunteer for an annual award to be received at the Annual Awards Celebration on the evening December 2nd, 2017 at McMaster University.

Triathlon Ontario will be celebrating its Provincial, Cup and Series Champions as well as its annual award winners over dinner with a special guest speaker (to be announced). Tickets for the evening’s festivities will be available shortly. In the meantime individuals can submit nominations for athlete or non-athlete awards until Friday, October 27th.

AGM & Call for Nominations

Triathlon Ontario’s Annual General Meeting will also be held at McMaster University at 3:30pm, room location to be announced shortly. All current members are welcome to attend. Four board positions are up for election, with the current board members intending to seek re-election.

Nominations for those members that wish to be join the Board of Directors will be accepted until November 10th, 2016. A Nomination Committee has been formed and has determined the skill sets most ideal for a potential board member include: Legal, Accounting, Financial and Web/Digital Design. Interested members may submit a Nomination Form.

Online Proxy Forms

For those members that would like to vote at the AGM but cannot attend, a Proxy Form may be completed and submitted online by November 29th, 2017.
