This program is geared toward youth under 16 years old to encourage participation in activity and an introduction to the sport of triathlon.
Bike & Run Foundational Skills. Draft Legal Skills, Running Drills, Bike / Run Transition Setup, Bike / Run Transitions. All in a contained area – parking lot and running trails.
U16, but call if not U16 and are interested in the training.
