6:30 Arrival and Check In (find your swim group, get your raffle ticket, set up bike)
7:00 – 8:30 Swim
Group A – 07:00 – 07:45 or Group B – 07:45 – 08:30
When your group is not swimming you will set up your bike area to be ready to ride.
9:00 – 12:00 Endurance Bike with coaches on stage.
12:20-1:20pm Transition Run with coaches outdoors on local streets (flat!)
1:40 – 2:25pm Flexibility & Injury
Prevention Yoga 2:30- 3:00pm Guest Speaker, Lunch (bring your own & lawn chair) and Door Prizes!.
