Florida Training Camp – Hammerheads & Koalas Triathlon Team

The Hammerheads and Koalas Triathlon Team 22nd Annual Training Camp

 

This camp is open to all teammates of the team and their families.

Practices are geared for KOS, Junior, Adult. Level of fitness:

Recreation to Elite. Daily workouts are normally from 7am-2pm, with socials in the evening (depending on government rules and COVID in the area).

 

2024 marks my 22nd annual training camp over March Break. 2002-2007 was Myrtle Beach, 2008-2010 was Hilton Head, 2011-2019 was Panama City Beach. 2020 to 2024 has been in Clermont, Florida.
