Beginner Swim Clinic Series: Over the course of the three 2hr sessions, participants will be exposed to stroke technique tips, including proper body position and propulsion and how to continue to build fitness through progressive training. These clinics will be lead by Miranda Tomenson. (12 participants) Skills Clinics: Feb 9 – 2hr clinic to focus specifically on learning the fundamentals of how to flip turn and how to improve your freestyle kick. (12 participants) Feb 23 – Coach Sam Johnson will lead swimmers through a 4000-6000m distance swim workout. (12 participants)
