Triathlon Ontario is offering an indoor trainer bike session (90min) and pool swim (90min) with a seminar in between. The bike focus will be on developing muscle endurance, climbing while maintaining a proper pedal stroke and upper body stability. The swim focus will be on proper biomechanics, speed endurance, race pace modelling
