– Save money when becoming a dual member –

April 13, 2018 – Triathlon Ontario, the recognized Provincial governing body of Multisport in Ontario, announced it has entered into a discount membership partnership with the Ontario Cycling Association (OCA) for 2018.

The agreement will offer a $10 (adult) or $5 (Youth/Junior) discount on 2018 annual Triathlon Ontario memberships to existing 2018 OCA members and a $10 discount on 2018 annual OCA memberships to existing 2018 Triathlon Ontario members.  Both organizations use CCN Bikes for their membership platforms so there is no need for promo codes as long as participants use their existing CCN profiles for registration.

“This is a great opportunity for members of both organizations to enhance their athletic prowess as well as their social networks by being able to participate across the province in a number of sporting activities that will best help them achieve their sporting goals,” said Jim Crosscombe, CEO of the Ontario Cycling Association.

“There is a natural cross over for cyclists and multisport athletes to train and race in each others’ disciplines,” said Phil Dale, Triathlon Ontario Executive Director. “We believe there are numerous benefits for participants in both sports to get more involved in each other’s clubs and environments.  We hope both of our membership bases will take advantage of this incentive program and explore and expand their sporting passions.”

OCA Member Benefits

  • Access to Cycling Canada Insurance Program during OCA sanctioned events and OCA approved club activities
  • Access to discounted Travel Medical Coverage when participating in sanctioned events outside Canada
  • Eligible for preferred rates on Personal Cycling Coverage, Bicycle Insurance, and Home and Auto Insurance
  • Discounted accommodation rates at select Westmont Hospitality Group hotels throughout Ontario
  • Exclusive access to CAA corporate Membership Program
  • Up to 20% discount at Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls
  • 10% off in-stock parts and accessories at Urbane Cyclist Co-Op
